We don't offer final sales returns. We can not offer you a refund or an exchange, unfortunately. Please contact us at help@naturalbyfive.com within 72 hours of receiving your order if you are not completely satisfied with our products. We're going to work with you to get it right! There may be slight variations and imperfections in some items, please be aware of the handmade nature of our products. Our products are safe to use for the duration of their shelf life of 12 months. Don't send us back your purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

We are working hard at Natural by Five to help you get your orders as fast as possible. Once the payment has been accepted and the order has been confirmed, it will be shipped immediately. Unfortunately, this means that once it is placed, no changes can be made to your order.

DAMAGES 

If your order arrives in an unusable state, please contact us at help@naturalbyfive.com with a photo of the damaged product and shipping box within 48 hours of receiving. A damage claim will be filed with the shipping carrier, and we will work together to find a solution to your product that has been damaged.

NOTE

All our products are made by hand out of natural ingredients, so variations and imperfections are to be expected. These variations and imperfections do not affect the integrity of our goods and will not be considered defects or damages:

Candles and Scrub - If temperature changes can result in "wet spots" on candles. This is a term used to describe a spot or patch on a jar of candles that look like water or air between the wax and the jar. This is a natural occurrence that can occur when candles undergo temperature changes. Changes in temperature can also cause cracks and defective product. This does not affect the product's integrity or smell.

Sprays, Mists, Perfumes, and Cleaners - The combination of different essential oils with our base ingredient can cause a cloudy appearance or separate the product. This is normal and varies from fragrance to fragrance. It does not affect your product's function or smell. Simply shake well before using for the best results to mix everything together.

 

Our current office hours are seven days a week from 10 am to 6 pm ET, with the exception of major holidays.
